Bulldog 360's Debt Consolidation Prospects Database (DCPDB) is a proprietary database comprised of summarized credit, demographic, public record, utility payment, transactional data and Internet leads. We work with major compilers and bring in at least two dozen separate sources. We have been working with debt consolidation companies in this industry for several years. Our clients have been providing us with response and conversion information from the mailing campaigns that we have done for them to find the ideal debt consolidation prospects. Ideal candidates are the most responsive to mail, have the highest likelihood of doing a debt consolidation and are the most profitable.
How we build it:
We bring in all of our data sources once per month to compile our DCPDB. We work closely with a modeling and analytical partner that we have hired to build statistical algorithms based on our clients’ direct mail campaign responder and conversion information. Our modeling partner identifies people that look like the ideal candidates using all of the information that we have in our database such as summarized credit data, FICO like Scores, credit card debt, delinquent accounts, age, home value, etc. Our modeling partner then scores our entire database with the models that they have created for us. We then take only the best prospects for our database and make it available to our clients.
